The ‘Arctic: Territory of Dialogue’ International Arctic Forum press centre is a modern, interactive space designed to enable media representatives to work in comfort. The press centre is located in a separate building in the square of the Lomonosov Northern (Arctic) Federal University main building.

ORGANIZING AND HOLDING PRESS EVENTS AT THE INTERNATIONAL ARCTIC FORUM VENUE

Spaces available for press events

Journalists’ work area

Area: 250 m2
Location: Press centre (ground floor)
Purpose: Main work area for journalists, providing a live broadcast of the plenary session
Capacity: 100 seats: 50 seats equipped with computers and 50 seats set up for connection of journalist’s own equipment.

Live media stands

These stands enable official International Arctic Forum programme participants to talk to the media.

Location:

Stand 1 In the press centre (first floor)
Stand 2 In the foyer of the Lomonosov Drama Theatre

Live media stands are decorated with International Arctic Forum branding and equipped with sound amplification systems.

Applications to rent live media stands will be accepted until March 25, 2017.

Hall for briefings

Location: Press centre (ground floor)
Area: 103.2 m2
Capacity: 50 seats, five-person panel
Equipment: conference system, radio microphones, room for speakers, plasma screen, teleprompter, audio recording system.
