Concierge service
The concierge service provides participants in the International Arctic Forum with a personal consultant who can help find effective solutions to work-related matters and organize a range of interesting leisure activities. The professionalism and substantial experience of our concierges mean that participants can enjoy a premium service at a reasonable price.
The concierge service is not included in the Forum participation fee; each service is charged separately, including a personal concierge service fee of 10%.
The concierge service offers the following:
- Hotel room reservation in St. Petersburg
- Guaranteed booking of tables at the best restaurants in St. Petersburg
- Booking a personal car with driver
- Priority taxi service
- Delivery of flowers and gifts
- Leisure activities for accompanying persons: guided tours, shopping, a personal stylist, spa
- Personal assistant/interpreter
- Dry cleaning
