Participant bag

Bags will only be issued to participants who have received their accreditation badges.

Bags are issued only upon presentation of a participant badge at the participant bags and media materials distribution point.

The electronic ticket is an A4-sized document printed from a participant’s personal web office closer to the dates of the Forum (in colour or black and white) displaying their personal information (country, full name, and organization), a barcode, and other essential information.

Participant bag collection by an authorized person

Participant bags can only be collected under power of attorney by an authorized person upon presentation of a badge providing access to the ExpoForum (blue zone).

To collect a participant bag, the authorized person must present:

** Аn authorized person may use electronic ticket at the participant bag and media materials distribution point to collect participant bags, upon presentation of a power of attorney.
