PRESS CENTRE
The International Arctic Forum press centre offers a multifunctional platform for media representatives to work in a comfortable environment.
The press centre is located in the Murmansk Regional Philharmonic (2nd floor) at the address: 3, Ulitsa Sofyi Perovskoy, Murmansk.
Media members and representatives of information partner companies accredited at the Forum who have received a badge at the accreditation point may work at the press centre.
The following conveniences have been arranged for media representatives:

PRESS CENTRE WORKING HOURS
26–27 March from 08:00 to 20:00
WORK AREA FOR MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES
The hall has five workstations equipped with PCs, 13 workstations equipped with LAN ports, and 46 seats. Workstations are not assigned (to a media representative or media organization). Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available on the premises.
Broadcasts
During the International Arctic Forum, live video broadcasts of the plenary session and various business programme events will be available to media representatives in the work area.
Meals
A coffee break area will be open for media representatives throughout the day in the press centre hall. Hot meals will be provided at lunchtime and in the evening in the media café (next to the work area).
PRESS EVENTS
The work area for media representatives can host press conferences and briefings. The hall is equipped with all the required sound and lighting equipment, a panel, a podium, 46 seats (in addition to the workstations), and a banner with International Arctic Forum logos.
Location of the press points:
- Point 1 ‒ Kirov Cultural Centre, 1st floor (3, Ulitsa Pushkinskaya)
- Point 2 ‒ AZIMUT City Hotel, 2nd floor (82, Prospekt Lenina)
- Point 3 ‒ Meridian Congress Hotel, 1st floor (5/23, Ulitsa Vorovskogo)
Press points are located near areas with a high level of business activity, designed in the Forum corporate style, and equipped with a sound amplification system and lighting equipment.
Agreement signing ceremony point
The Forum venue provides protocol and organizational support for agreement signing ceremonies. The point is designed with a banner (backdrop) with International Arctic Forum logos and is equipped with sound and lighting equipment.
The agreement signing ceremony point is located at AZIMUT City Hotel, 2nd floor (82, Prospekt Lenina).
Applications to book press and agreement signing ceremony points must be submitted no later than 24 March 2025 by email at alvina.shirinskaia@roscongress.org

Services
The press centre has an information and service point for media representatives, where they can obtain information about admission to Forum events, the current press programme, the types of services offered, press event announcements, and other information materials.
During the Forum, free shuttles will be available for participants and media representatives. The schedule and detailed information will be announced in the work regulations for media representatives accredited for the event and on the website forumarctica.ru in the Services section.
