Access to Forum venues

HOW DO I ENTER THE FORUM VENUES?

  1. PICK UP YOUR BADGE
  2. LEAVE ITEMS PROHIBITED AT THE VENUES AT YOUR PLACE OF ACCOMMODATION
  3. TAKE YOUR IDENTITY DOCUMENT (PASSPORT) WITH YOU
  4. TO ACCESS THE KIROV PALACE OF CULTURE VENUE ON 27 MARCH: TAKE A PCR TEST AND OBTAIN A SPECIAL ACCESS CARD

Plan your route to arrive at the venue in advance, at least 30–40 minutes before the event you are interested in is due to begin.

1. PICK UP YOUR BADGE

  • We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow, St. Petersburg or Murmansk.
  • To pick up your badge, please check that you have uploaded all the necessary data to your Roscongress personal account.
  • The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.

26 MARCH

To access the venues, you must have with you:

  • A participant badge
  • An original copy of your identity document (passport)

No PCR test is required.

27 MARCH

To access the business programme venues: AZIMUT City Hotel Murmansk, Meridian Congress Hotel and Murmansk Regional Philharmonic Hall you must have with you:

  • A participant badge
  • An original copy of your identity document (passport)

To access the Kirov Palace of Culture venue* you must have with you:

  • A participant badge
  • An original copy of your identity document (passport)
  • An activated special pass
  • Special pass activation is based on the results of PCR testing. A special pass can be picked up before the test result is received. The test is not needed to get the special pass, but is required for its activation.

* On 27 March, the plenary session of the Forum will take place at the Kirov Palace of Culture. The plenary session is a special invitation event. The invitation will be sent by email.

2. PLEASE LEAVE ITEMS PROHIBITED AT THE VENUES AT YOUR PLACE OF ACCOMMODATION

Upon arrival, each participant will have to go through the access control procedure. 

You may be asked to turn on your phone or laptop and show other equipment that you brought to the venue.

Please carefully review the list of items prohibited at the event venue and pay attention to any exceptions.

3. DON’T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT

Please don’t forget to bring an identity document (passport) with you to the venue. 

You must present your passport at the entrance to the venue and keep it with you while you are located at the Forum venue.

4. TAKE A PCR TEST AND OBTAIN A SPECIAL PASS
(TO ACCESS THE KIROV PALACE OF CULTURE VENUE ON 27 MARCH)

PCR testing is only required to access the Kirov Palace of Culture on 27 March.

To access the Kirov Palace of Culture venue on 27 March, all participants, media representatives, and staff must undergo PCR testing for COVID-19, influenza A/B and ARVI 24 hours before visiting the plenary session, but no earlier than 07:30 on 26 March (GMT+3) at one of the Forum testing centres.

A PCR test is not needed:

  • To access the Kirov Palace of Culture on 26 March
  • To access the AZIMUT City Hotel Murmansk on 26–27 March
  • To access the Meridian Congress Hotel on 26–27 March
