If you require assistance in arranging accommodation, please send a request specifying the name of your organization-attendee, number of rooms, full names of guests and dates of accommodation to the e-mail address: booking@forumarctica.ru
Please note that we have a limited availability of hotel rooms in Murmansk and that priority for booking confirmations will be given based on the date applications are received.
Requests will be accepted until 21st March 2025.
