Roscongress mobile app
The Roscongress mobile app is an information, communication, and service platform for participants of all events organized by the Foundation.
The mobile app is available for downloading in the App Store and Google Play (search term: roscongress).

Broadcasts of forum events
Live broadcasts of the International Arctic Forum events will be available:
- in the ‘Programme’ section of the Forum website;
- on the Roscongress Foundation website.
A broadcast archive following the event will be available on the Roscongress Foundation website.

Roscongress photo bank
The Roscongress Foundation provides photography for all events at the International Arctic Forum. Photographs are published at the Roscongress photo bank in real time. Images can be displayed by event and date to facilitate browsing.
The photographs are available for viewing and free download in high resolution, and may be freely used, provided a reference to the Roscongress Foundation is included.

Photo and video services
RC-Media, an affiliate of the Roscongress Foundation, offers photography and videography services, as well as the video production during events of the business and cultural programme and events of partners of the International Arctic Forum.

Participant bag
Participant bags can be collected at the distribution stand in the accreditation centre upon presentation of a participant badge.
Participants may also pick up bags for other participants by presenting their badge and that of the participant whose bag they wish to pick up.

Internet access is available free of charge at the Kirov Palace of Culture and at the Murmansk Regional Philharmonic Hall.

Dining
Coffee break areas with free catering services will be organized at the Forum, as well as several restaurants that will operate on a paid basis.
As part of the International Arctic Forum, Murmansk will also host the ‘Taste of the Arctic’ gastronomic festival.

The business programme events will feature simultaneous interpreting between Russian and English.

Information and service points are located at all sites of the Forum:

At information and services points, participants can obtain information on the business, cultural programme, available services, directions around the venue, and other sites.
The information and services points also provide an opportunity to:
- copy and print documents;
- record information to electronic media;
- learn about things lost and found at the venue;
- charge mobile devices (Kirov Palace of Culture);
- carry out a business trip registration (on 26 March in the Kirov Palace of Culture, on 27 March in the Kirov Palace of Culture and AZIMUT City Hotel Murmansk).

Holding press events
Participants may reserve specially designated spaces at the Forum venue to hold press events, book protocol and organizational support services for agreement signing ceremonies and press conferences are also available.
The services are free of charge and subject to availability of spaces at the time of request.

The SME Cooperation B2B service is a project that the Roscongress Foundation is implementing to support small and medium-sized businesses. The platform brings together Russian and foreign companies to develop business and industrial cooperation, attract investment, and exchange technologies.
The service is free and available to all users of the Roscongress personal account.
