In Murmansk, The North Pole and The Widows’ Village will be screened as part of the cultural programme of the 6th International Arctic Forum ‘Arctic: Territory of Dialogue’ (26–27 March 2025). These films talk about the inextricable link between the past and the present, about the heroism of Russian people imprinted in stories of unity, resilience and love for the Motherland. The Forum will be held under the motto ‘To Live in the North’ and will become a unique platform for discussing important issues of life and development of the Arctic region of Russia.

Spirit of Fire Film Festival to Feature Multimedia Exhibition of ‘Soul of Russia. The North’ Project
The film festival competition will feature 95 entries: four series, eight feature films, eight documentaries up to 90 minutes, 16 films up to 60 minutes, as well as 14 television programmes and 35 short films. The competition will be attended by representatives of six countries: Russia, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Sweden. In addition, the festival guests will have a chance to view a film from Spain, which was created jointly with Russia. ...
